Colligso supports picture messages (MMS) with a total size of the message body text and picture image less than 5MB. Image could be of GIF, JPEG or PNG format.
A picture message body can be up to 1,600 characters. See What is SMS Message Segment and how is it calculated to find how characters are encoded using GSM 03.38 or UCS-2 encoding.
